When I noticed the demonstration of this was by Todd Coleman, who is Executive Food Editor at Saveur (and who I hold in high esteem for his editorial input to that publication), just I had to watch.

Saveur looks really good on the iPad. It’s the big full page pictures that just glow. I get the Zinio edition and I’ve bought the electric Zinio/PDF version for years, but until my iPad ( sorry, my wife’s iPad) version, I just skimmed for ideas and to keep up.
